"This is, by far, the easiest review for me and my husband to write. Dark Sky Management is great to work with. They always respond right away and the reports they send are great. The one thing that could have been better is the reports didn't always come exactly on the 1st of the month, but not a huge deal. I know what's going on without constant contact and that stuff is getting taken care of. They caught a leak early on that could have been bad if it continued. Filters always changed etc.. The cleaning schedule is what's really awesome. I used to dread coming in after the end of a lease, but these guys leave it better than they find it, if that's possible. Overall great experience with Krista and Erin."
